The Facialist is looking for a Salon coordinator to join the team full time. You will be working across The Facialist and Tribeca brands as well as assisting with all aspects of the business.
This is a role for an experienced person with a strong administration background. Key responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer enquiries, orders and bookings
- Stock management/ordering
- Packing and sending orders
- PA duties to the owner
- Point of sale
- Website and social media management
- Marketing support
- Day to day running of the salon
- Business development
- Team leading
- Hosting clients
This is one of the most crucial roles in the whole team. You’ll be the glue that holds our team together, ensuring everything is
organized and running smoothly. You’ll be front of house and take great care of our clients when they arrive and leave the salon.
This is a varied role with many responsibilities; you will have to be a great multi-tasker. You will work well under pressure and have the initiative to see what needs doing and get the job done.
You will work directly with the owner, supporting and developing all areas of the business as well as leading and suooprting our team of therapists. We are a young, passionate team and are looking for someone incredible to work and grow with us!
You will need to have extensive experience in admin or salon work. Organising will be your forte. You do not need to have
experience in this industry, however a passion or interest in skin and beauty is essential. There is no room for strong personalities or ego, we all muck in and do whatever it takes to keep this business running.

We are searching for a passionate beauty therapist to join the team at our holistic facial spa based in the busy City Works Depot in Auckland City.

Your role will be client focused, performing facials and massages and prescribing skincare plans. This role is for a full time position, however we are open to part time applicants as well.
- Key duties:
You will be responsible for performing our facials and massage to the highest standard – facials are all we do and we do them exceptionally well!
- You will create customised skincare prescriptions to target your clients skin concerns
The successful candidate will need to be ambitious, passionate, motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and have outstanding customer care skills. We have a happy salon environment, so we are looking for a friendly team player to join our group.
We will consider all levels of experience, including new graduates as we offer in depth training programs.
